Requirements
STEP TWO:
Click on the popular links on the right side of the website. Complete the online registration form and click submit.
STEP THREE:
After you have submitted the form call 877-262-9259 and leave your name and social number.
STEP FOUR:
Health Care Worker Registry will be checked to ensure there are no disqualifying offenses and still eligible to work as a CNA.
STEP FIVE:
You will receive a letter from Nurse Aide Testing granting you permission to recertify. Please check your spam and junk folder. The email will be from [email protected].Once you received the letter permitting you to recertify, you may then apply for recertification with Aishling Care Academy.
STEP SIX:
Recertification must be paid in full before your recertification class will be booked. Once paid, call (708) 234-1985 to set the date of Recertification. Email the letter to [email protected] and bring a hard copy on the day of your recertification.
